HONESTLY.
I have never experienced internet connection this fucked up.
brings me back to the time when my dad just got our first dial-up connection thing? before there was broadband, which made everyone's life so much easier.
just now i was almost pissed to tears, i couldn't even load twitter page at all! last time my internet connection was fine, till my dad did some stupid upgrade, ( my brother says singtel sort of forced my dad to do it?!) and they PROMISED internet connection would be twice as fast, but now its a hundred times worse.
i realised that if my mom was using the house phone, then i can't load a single fucking thing, no matter how many times i try. but once she hangs up, the internet connection goes back to normal again, albeit slower than usual.
wanted to write a complaint to singtel, but then you'd have to put in your IC number, and so many other boxes for you to fill, its like wtf?! might as well dont, cause its a waste of time. i think thats just what they want. when my dad called about the internet connection, the lady told him to pluck out some microfilter from the mio box, but as he did that, the line got cut off and no one called us back, and my dad had to call in again from the start. now i understand why people get so fucking pissed when they call in complaining that the officer didnt call them back.
but now my dad's on holiday with his friends, likea teenager, have to wait till he gets home to fix this problem. until then, nobody call my house. its bad enough that my grandma calls every once in two hours, to chat for 20 mins. dont add to my anger please TYVM.
